We want you to love your Billie Eilish official merchandise, but if you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
